1. If you have ran out of credits you will not be able to generate any more NetCodes and will therefore need to purchase more.  To do this go to the credits section of the portal.


     2. On the next page you will find the credit packages available for purchase as well as your credit transaction history.  Select Add to cart to add the packages to your shopping cart and then click View Cart.



     3. In the next page you will be shown your shopping cart where you can double check your purchase and when ready, proceed to checkout.

    4. When you have completed the checkout form and clicked Confirm Payment the credits will be applied to your account. Please note that this is usually instantaneous but can sometimes take a few minutes to appear in your account. A receipt will be sent separately to your email address.
